The Usos made their WWE main roster debut on the May 24th, 2010 episode of Monday Night RAW. Jimmy and Jey Uso wrestled on WWE television as a tag team for the past thirteen years. They were also the longest-reigning Tag Team Champions in WWE history.
However, Jimmy Uso attacked his brother Jey Uso during Tribal Combat at SummerSlam. As a result, Roman Reigns was able to remain as The Tribal Chief and the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. Jimmy is scheduled to acknowledge Roman Reigns as his Tribal Chief this Friday on SmackDown.
WrestleVotes reported that a certain member of the WWE creative team wants to wait until WrestleMania 40 to hold Jimmy vs. Jey match. However, the creative team can’t stretch the bout for far too long.
“Hearing that at least one creative force backstage wants WWE to wait for WrestleMania to do the first Uso ‘Brother v Brother’ match.
However that’s unlikely at this point I’m told, with the feeling that 35 weeks is too long of a stretch.”
