This past Saturday’s AEW Collision kicked off with the match between Jon Moxley and Shane Taylor. Moxley defeated Taylor via referee stoppage.
Adam Copeland’s open challenge was accepted by Top Flight’s Dante Martin. The Rated R Superstar defeated Martin. After the bout, Copeland said, “I’m going to keep working until I get the TNT Championship and bring it back to TNT.”
Thunder Rosa defeated Queen Aminata.
Bullet Club Gold merged with The Acclaimed to form the “Bang Bang Scissor Gang.”
Daniel Garcia defeated House of Black’s Buddy Matthews. FTR and Garcia had a brawl with House of Black after the match. Officials and the entire locker room came to separate them.
Roderick Strong defeated Matt Sydal.
In the main event, Bryan Danielson and Claudio Castagnoli defeated Eddie Kingston and Ortiz in a Tag Team match.
According to Nielsen via SpoilerTV, the January 20th episode of AEW Collision drew 441,000 viewers on TNT and a 0.12 rating in the 18-49 demographic.
