This past Saturday’s AEW Collision took place at the Chartway Arena in Norfolk, Virginia. The show kicked off with Adam Copeland’s open challenge. Lee Moriarty accepted the challenge. The Rated R Superstar picked up the victory. After the match, Copeland said that he’s still coming for Christian Cage’s TNT Title.
The Mogul Embassy defeated Lance Archer and The Righteous to retain the ROH World Six-Man Titles. After the match, Prince Nana said Brian Cage and Gates of Agony would challenge the Bang Bang Gang to a match on AEW Dynamite. The Bullet Club Gold accepted the challenge.
Dustin Rhodes defeated Willie Mack. In a backstage segment, Dustin challenged Christian Cage to a match for the TNT Championship on Dynamite.
Adam Page defeated The Workhorsemen’s JD Drake.
Deonna Purrazzo defeated Red Velvet.
FTW Champion HOOK defeated Kevin Matthews. HOOK looked at the camera and said, “Samoa Joe, I’ll see you Wednesday.”
In the main event, FTR and Daniel Garcia defeated The House of Black in a Trios match.
According to Nielsen via Wrestlenomics, the January 13th episode of AEW Collision drew 400,000 viewers on TNT and a 0.10 rating in the 18-49 demographic.
