The show kicked off with Continental Classic’s Blue League match between Andrade El Idolo and Claudio Castagnoli. The BCC member defeated Andrade to earn three points. With that win, Castagnoli has six points.
Abadon defeated Jazmin Allure. After the match, Julia Hart and Skye Blue attacked Abadon. Thunder Rosa came to Abadon’s aid.
The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn were interviewed by Renee Paquette. AEW World Trios Champions said that they were coming for the masked men. Top Flight and Action Andretti then challenged The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn for the titles. They accepted the challenge.
Orange Cassidy defeated Bryan Keith to retain the AEW International Championship.
Kris Statlander and Willow Nightingale defeated Mercedes Martinez and Diamante in a Texas Street Fight.
Brian Cage defeated Kerry Wright.
Eddie Kingston defeated Daniel Garcia in the Continental Classic tournament to earn three points.
In the main event, Bryan Danielson defeated Brody King in the Continental Classic tournament. With that victory, Danielson has nine points in the Blue League.
According to Nielsen via SpoilerTV, the December 16th episode of AEW Collision drew 457,000 viewers on TNT and a 0.15 rating in the 18-49 demographic.
