Adam Copeland Reveals He Suffered An Injury At AEW Double Or Nothing

This past Sunday, Adam Copeland defended his TNT Championship against Malakai Black in a Barbed Wire Steel Cage match at AEW Double or Nothing. Buddy Matthews and Brody King interfered in the bout. Copeland’s longtime friend Gangrel appeared through the mat to help him. The Rated R Superstar put a crossface with barbed wire on Black to retain the title.

At one point, Copeland jumped from the top of the cage on Malakai Black through a table. A rumor circulated on social media that Copeland suffered an injury during the spot.

On X, TNT Champion confirmed that he fractured his tibia. The 50-year-old also said that he would require surgery.
