WWE Reportedly Changes SmackDown Plans After Bray Wyatt's Passing

The pro wrestling world was shocked after hearing of Bray Wyatt’s passing. Triple H announced the sad news to the fans on X. Sean Ross of Fightful stated that Wyatt passed away due to a heart attack.

Tonight’s SmackDown is scheduled to take place at the KFC Center in Louisville, Kentucky. WWE advertised two matches and a segment for the show.

  • Jimmy Uso’s return.
  • WWE Women’s Championship: Iyo Sky vs. Zelina Vega.
  • Rey Mysterio vs. Grayson Waller.

BWE reported that WWE has scrapped everything due to Bray Wyatt’s death. All the meetings have been postponed. As of now, they are focused on Windham’s family and their well-being.

“Everything is scrapped. All meetings are off till further notice. Everything being focused for Windham’s family. Hold strong Jojo Rest well hoot.”

WWE stated that they would donate all the net proceeds from the sales of Bray Wyatt’s merchandise to his family.

“In the wake of Bray Wyatt’s death, WWE will donate all net proceeds to support JoJo Offerman and his children.”

Bray Wyatt was a beloved person in the pro wrestling industry. A lot of wrestlers paid tribute to the former world champion. We hope WWE will do a tribute show tonight to honor Bray Wyatt.
