WWE Gives Special Advice To Fans During Recent NXT Show

This past Sunday, Ilja Dragunov successfully retained his NXT Championship by defeating Trick Williams at NXT Vengeance Day. Carmelo Hayes turned on his tag team partner, Williams, after the match. Hayes grabbed a chair from under the ring and hit William’s left leg several times.

Last night, Carmelo Hayes kicked off NXT to explain his actions. Hayes received a chorus of boos with “F–k You Melo” chants. The former NXT Champion left the ring without explaining his actions.

PWInsider reported that WWE officials informed the fans who attended last night’s NXT not to use profanity chants during the show after Carmelo Hayes’ segment.

“After the opening segment, the crowd was advised by the staff not to use ‘f-bombs.”

Ilja Dragunov defeated Dijak in the main event of NXT. Dragunov was attacked by Hayes after the match. However, fans weren’t chanting “F–k You Melo” at that moment.
