Nick Khan Comments On Bringing CM Punk Back To WWE

Two weeks ago, Tony Khan terminated CM Punk’s contract after a recommendation from AEW’s disciplinary committee. Many fans expect Punk to return to WWE. Recently, BWE noted that WWE President Nick Khan will make the final decision if Triple H wants to bring Punk back.

In an interview with Marc Raimondi of ESPN, Nick Khan was asked if WWE is interested in signing CM Punk. Khan didn’t respond with yes or no, instead, he said the following.

“Listen, we only have respect for Phil. We appreciate his run here. We appreciate what he did and tried to do with the UFC. Not many people can actually get in there and do what he did. So, when we have respect for Phil, we wish him nothing but the best.”
