More Details On Cash Wheeler's Arrest, AEW Issues A Statement

On Friday Morning, the Orlando Police Department arrested AEW wrestler Cash Wheeler. He was charged with one count of aggravated assault with a firearm. Wheeler was booked in Circuit Court.

PWInsider reported that the 36-year-old is scheduled to appear in court at 1:00 pm for a hearing on the matter. They also noted that the warrant was issued to arrest Wheeler on Friday, July 28th.

He has pleaded not guilty to the charge of aggravated assault with a firearm through his attorney with the circuit court of Orange County, Florida on Thursday, August 3rd. The state of Florida considers Wheeler’s charge a third-degree felony.

Sean Ross of Fightful tweeted that AEW informed him that they are aware of the situation.
