Trish Stratus made her return to WWE on the February 27th episode of Monday Night RAW, where she helped Becky Lynch and Lita to capture the Women’s Tag Team Titles.
Last week, Becky Lynch, Lita, and Trish Stratus challenged Damage CTRL to a Six-Woman Tag Team match at WrestleMania 39. Bayley on behalf of Damage CTRL accepted the challenge without Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky’s consent.
Recently, a rumor circulated on social media regarding a potential Trish Stratus’ heel turn leading up to a match against Becky Lynch at SummerSlam premium live event.
Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer has reported that he also heard the rumor of Trish Stratus’ heel turn. Meltzer confirmed that there will be twists and turns in the next few weeks.
“Regarding rumors of Trish Stratus going heel and facing Becky Lynch at SummerSlam, we had heard those prior to Stratus appearing on television in the sense she was going to turn heel on this return. The only thing confirmed was that there were twists and turns coming.”
WrestleMania would be the perfect place for Trish Stratus to turn heel.
