Longtime AEW Star Departs The Company

By The Spotlight StaffNovember 10, 2023
Longtime AEW Star Departs The Company

In the past few months, several wrestlers in AEW departed the company after Tony Khan didn’t renew their contracts. Yesterday, another long-time female wrestler left Khan’s promotion.

The Bunny joined All Elite Wrestling in 2019. She made her in-ring debut at Fyter Fest in the same year, where she defeated Leva Bates. The 36-year-old last competed on the September 8th episode of AEW Rampage. In that show, Bunny, Anna Jay, and Taya Valkyrie lost to Britt Baker, Hikaru Shida, and Skye Blue in a Trios match.

PWInsider reported that The Bunny and AEW have mutually agreed to part ways. She was removed from the AEW roster page on Thursday.

“The Bunny has left AEW.

Sources tell PWInsider.com that the two sides mutually agreed to part ways.”
