This past Tuesday on NXT, Mandy Rose dropped the NXT Women’s Championship to Roxanne Perez. A few hours later, WWE released Mandy Rose due to her Exclusive Content Site. You can read more details by clicking here.

After her release from WWE, the former NXT Women’s Champion posted a message on her site and stated that she will continue publishing content on the site. Mandy also thanked fans for keep supporting her.

On Busted Open Radio, Tommy Dreamer who works as a wrestler and a backstage producer in Impact Wrestling offered a contract to Mandy Rose.

“If she doesn’t go to AEW, 1,000 percent Impact would love to have her, Because she’s a star and she’s great in the ring. And if AEW doesn’t jump on that, Impact will. Mandy Rose, call me, text me, DM me.”

On Thursday, Fightful Select reported that Mandy Rose is in good spirits following the WWE release.

“Those close to Mandy Rose claim she was in good spirits at the NXT show Tuesday night, as well as immediately following the release. Obviously, she’s going to be fine from a financial standpoint.”

Prior to Mandy Rose’s release, she had two years left on her WWE contract.

Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer noted that WWE did not give an option to the former NXT Women’s Champion.

“It is believed she was fired without being given the option to take the stuff down and tone down her site. Those in the company felt that had no other choice then to fire her because she was an active performer on the roster, and these were public photos and videos for customers, unlike several of the women stars who have had their personal private photos hacked and released without their knowledge or permission where the company saw the talent as the victims.”

We will update you when we receive more details. Stay tuned with The Spotlight.
