Charlotte Flair last competed on WWE television at WrestleMania Backlash, where she dropped her SmackDown Women’s Championship to Ronda Rousey in an “I Quit” match. Later, WWE announced a storyline injury for her absence.

Many fans expected Charlotte’s return to WWE at SummerSlam last July. However, that did not happen. Recently, Charlotte’s husband Andrade explained that she take a time off due to personal reasons.

Earlier this month, Charlotte Flair was supposed to appear for a meet & greet event. However, a day before the event, Charlotte stated that she would not be able to appear at the event.

The former women’s champion has posted a photo of her wearing a wrestling boot in an Instagram story. Charlotte also posted a few video clips which indicated that she will ready to come back soon.
