This past Saturday’s AEW Collision took place at the FedExForum in Memphis, Tennessee. The show kicked off with Tony Khan’s dream match. Bryan Danielson defeated Andrade El Idolo with a Crucifix pin. The lights went out. Malakai Black made his return and knocked out Danielson with a Spin Kick.
Skye Blue defeated Hollyhood Haley.
The Gunns defeated The Outrunners in a Tag Team match. After the match, the mystery person appeared on the big screen. The Bullet Club Gold then left the ring.
Jeff Jarrett defeated Eddie Kingston in a Memphis Street Fight.
Miro defeated Action Andretti via referee stoppage.
FTR faced Bad Thad Brown and Darian Bengston in a Tag Team match. The lights once again went out. House of Black appeared in the ring and attacked Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler.
In the main event, Ricky Starks & Big Bill defended their AEW World Tag Team Championships against Claudio Castagnoli & Wheeler Yuta. House of Black interfered in the match. Starks delivered a Rochambeau on Yuta to retain the titles. House of Black attacked FTR, Danielson, Yuta, and Castagnoli. Jon Moxley made the save.
According to Nielsen via SportsTVRatings, the October 21st episode of AEW Collision drew 518,000 viewers on TNT and a 0.16 rating in the 18-49 demographic.
