Vince McMahon’s Influence Over WWE Creative Will Reportedly Increase After Endeavor Deal Finalized

Vince McMahon's Influence Over WWE Creative Will Reportedly Increase After Endeavor Deal Finalized

Last year, Vince McMahon stepped down from overseeing the creative process and handed it to his son-in-law Triple H. However, McMahon came back to the WWE board earlier this year by using his voting power. Last April, McMahon and Endeavor Group Holdings signed a definitive agreement to form “TKO Group Holdings.”

Vince McMahon began overseeing the WWE product again from the April 3rd episode of Monday Night RAW. That episode of RAW was completely messed up due to McMahon’s involvement. As a result, #FireVinceMcMahon trended on social media for a few weeks.

Last week, McMahon scrapped several advertised matches for SmackDown. McMahon’s involvement in the creative team caused frustration among a lot of superstars and higher-ups.

PWInsider reported that Vince McMahon’s influence over WWE creative will increase after the WWE and Endeavor deal is finalized.

According to multiple sources, McMahon and Triple H are making the creative decisions for the main roster. However, McMahon won’t be involved with NXT, which will be overseen by Shawn Michaels and Triple H.
