Drew McIntyre disappeared from WWE since WrestleMania 39. McIntyre competed against Sheamus and Gunther in a Triple Threat match for the Intercontinental Championship at the Showcase of the Immortals. The Scottish Warrior was pinned by Gunther in the bout.

The former WWE Champion is currently sidelined with an undisclosed injury and reportedly not on good terms with the company. Multiple news outlets reported that McIntyre isn’t happy with his current position on the roster and the money WWE is offering for the new deal.

As of now, WWE has removed Drew McIntyre from the Money in the Bank premium live event, which is set to take place on July 1st at O2 Arena in London, England. The company included Roman Reigns in the show, which means he will have a match at the event. Cody Rhodes, Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley, Seth Rollins, and Becky Lynch are also listed for Money in the Bank.

We will update you when we receive more details. Stay tuned with The Spotlight.
