Sting Reveals He Signed Multi-Year Deal With AEW

Sting Reveals He Signed Multi-Year Deal With AEW

Sting’s retirement match took place at AEW Revolution last March, where he and Darby Allin defeated The Young Bucks to retain the AEW World Tag Team Titles. In August, The Icon made an appearance at AEW All In.

In an interview with Kayfabe Friends, Sting revealed that he has signed a multi-year licensing contract with All Elite Wrestling. As part of the deal, he will appear on AEW television if the company wants.

“I signed a multi-year deal with AEW. Obviously, not to wrestle anymore. It’s like a licensing deal, a legends deal if you want to call it that. I’ll do appearances with them on and off depending on what they want and all.”
