Shotzi Explains Why She Shaved Her Head On WWE SmackDown

Bayley defeated Shotzi with help from Iyo Sky on the June 30th episode of SmackDown. Shotzi then got into a brawl with Bayley and Iyo Sky in a backstage segment. Damage CTRL got the upper hand. The Role Model then cut off a chunk of Shotzi’s hair.

Last night, Bayley defeated Zelina Vega in a singles match on SmackDown. After the match, Shotzi appeared on screen, where she shaved her head. Shotzi stated that Damage CTRL can’t control her.

The 31-year-old star posted an Instagram story and stated the following.

“I love you sister! You are my inspiration!”

For those who don’t know, Shotzi’s sister has been diagnosed with Liver Cancer. Therefore, Shotzi decided to shave her head to show her solidarity with her sister.

The GoFundMe page has been created for Shotzi’s sister, Shawn.

“We’ve created a go fund me to help Shawn with her recovery from surgery and whatever else she needs during her battle with cancer.

For our friends and family who aren’t aware, Shawn got diagnosed with Liver Cancer during the holidays and will be going into treatment starting this week.”
