This past Saturday at Money in the Bank, Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler defended their Women’s Tag Team Championships against Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez. However, the match didn’t go as Rousey expected.
During the match, Shayna Baszler attacked Ronda Rousey and put a Kirifuda Clutch. Liv and Raquel then got the advantage. Raquel then hit Rousey with a Texana Bomb. Liv hit an Oblivion on Rousey to regain the titles. It’s worth noting that Liv has pinned Rousey three times in WWE.
The Baddest Woman on the Planet posted the highlights of the Women’s Tag Team match on Instagram. Ronda Rousey stated that the match time was cut three times.
“When your time gets cut three times but you still put on a banger #ChickenSalad 🍗🥗 #TagTeamChampionships”
Last night, Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler had a promo segment on RAW. The segment ended with a brawl. Baszler hit a knee to Rousey’s head and left the ring. Rousey is scheduled to face Baszler at SummerSlam on August 5th. It could be Ronda Rousey’s final match in WWE.
