Rob Van Dam Comments On Matt Riddle Being Fired From WWE

Last month, Matt Riddle was involved in an incident at John F. Kennedy International Airport. You can read more details by clicking here.

After the incident, Matt Riddle was removed from WWE events and subsequently released from the company two weeks ago. The Original Bro himself confirmed the release on X and thanked fans for supporting him throughout the past five years.

Recently, TMZ posted the footage of Riddle’s incident on YouTube.

On his “1 Of A Kind” podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Rob Van Dam discussed Matt Riddle being fired from WWE. RVD said that Riddle doesn’t know how to stay out of problems. However, he believes Riddle would get one more chance.

“He [Matt Riddle] seems to not be able to stay out of trouble. He’ll get another chance I’m sure, but I feel like he got so many chances that they felt like they’re not going to be taken seriously unless some consequences are shown. I think they’ll be temporary and that could be by the Universe, not necessarily by the company, but he’ll definitely go somewhere productive from here…”
