Sarray made her WWE debut on the April 20th, 2021 episode of NXT, where she defeated Zoey Starks. However, she had an underwhelming run on the brand.

Last year, WWE repackaged Sarray as a schoolgirl but it didn’t work. The Japanese star last competed on the August 2nd, 2022 episode of WWE NXT, where she was defeated by then-NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose.

Recently, Fightful Select reported that Sarray’s name didn’t mention in WWE creative plans following William Regal’s NXT release.

Today, the 26-year-old star issued the following tweet and confirmed her departure from WWE. Sarray thanked World Wrestling Entertainment and the fans.

“No matter what some people might say, I did my best. I am so glad that I had the chance to go to WWE🙏✨

Thank you WWE
Thank you Sarray
Thank you WWE Universe ☀️”
