MVP’s WWE Contract Status Amid Exit Rumors

MVP's WWE Contract Status Amid Exit Rumors

MVP has been absent from WWE television for a long time. However, he appeared along with Omos at WWE live events until March. Neither MVP nor Omos have been booked for WWE events since April of this year.

Recently, a rumor circulated that MVP, Bobby Lashley and Tamina had been removed from WWE’s internal roster page. PWInsider reported that MVP is still under contract with WWE. They also noted that MVP’s deal will expire in mid-August, and the two sides are not in any major discussions for a new deal. PWInsider added that “there had been some talk about potentially using him as a producer or announcer, but nothing ever really came about in either role.”

PWInsider further noted that MVP and Bobby Lashley are believed to be leaving the company after their contracts expire.
