Mayra Bueno Silva Fined For Hopping Cage After UFC 303 Fight

Last June, Mayra Bueno Silva faced Macy Chiasson in a bantamweight bout at UFC 303. In round 2, Bueno Silva suffered a nasty cut above her right eye. The doctor then informed the referee to stop the fight.

Bueno Silva was dissatisfied with the doctor’s decision. The 32-year-old jumped the cage and had a conversation with UFC CEO Dana White.

On Thursday, the Nevada Athletic Commission fined Bueno Silva $2,500 and prosecution fees of $157.04.
