Carmella Provides An Update After Being Injured At WWE Live Event

Earlier this month, Carmella has been out of action with an injury. The Princess of Staten Island last competed on the August 6th WWE live event in North Charleston, where she wrestled in a Triple Threat match against Bianca Belair and Asuka for the RAW Women’s Championship.

During the match, Carmella had a freak accident and as you can see in the below video clip, Carmella and Bianca Belair smashed their heads when Belair doing a back flip.

After that incident, Carmella gave a brief update about her condition when a fan asked when she will return to the ring. Carmella tweeted the following.

However, PWInsider reported that the former women’s champion is scheduled to make her return next month. They also noted that Carmella likely suffered a concussion during the triple threat match. PWInsider added that “for those who have asked about her potential return, it’s within sight.”
