Brock Lesnar Reportedly Injured At SummerSlam, Expected Return Timeframe

Several WWE superstars are now sidelined with injuries. Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Sonya Deville, and Roman Reigns were injured in the past few weeks. Brock Lesnar is the latest that will be added to the injury list.

The Beast last competed at SummerSlam, where he lost to Cody Rhodes. After the match, Brock Lesnar turned babyface, endorsing the American Nightmare. Lesnar was spotted at a concert this past Tuesday. You can watch the video by clicking here.

Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that Brock Lesnar sustained an injury during the match against Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam. Lesnar got hurt earlier in the bout but was able to finish the match as planned. WWE’s current plan is for him to make the return in January. However, WON speculates that WWE could bring Lesnar back for Crown Jewel season.

“Lesnar, who was injured early in the match where he put over Cody Rhodes, was at one point advertised for stuff later this year. As of right now, he put Rhodes over clean, shook his hand, turned himself back babyface in doing so, and the plan is for him to return on the television building up the Royal Rumble and from there going to WrestleMania. Although I could see him returning for the November Saudi Arabia show even if today that isn’t the plan, or if there is an injury, he’s always there if they need a program.”
