This past Saturday, LA Knight competed in the Men’s MITB Ladder match at Money in the Bank. However, Knight was unable to grab the briefcase. Knight was an inch close to winning the match, but Damian Priest hit Knight with a Falcon Arrow from off the top of a ladder. Priest then became Señor Money in the Bank.
Many fans expect LA Knight’s win at Money in the Bank. He even received a huge ovation from London fans. Recently, Knight stated in an interview that he will go to the top somehow.
However, some accuse LA Knight of stealing The Rock’s gimmick. Zelina Vega stated that Knight should be himself rather than copying The Great One.
On the Kliq This podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash said that LA Knight is a rip off of The Rock.
“Am I the only one that sees like an absolute rip off of The Rock to the point when he cut the promo on fu**ing Logan Paul or whatever the fu his name is. The only thing he didn’t do is turn the motherfu**er sideways. Jesus Christ, does everybody have amnesia? There’s nothing original.”
