Bron Breakker joined WWE in 2021. Breakker made his NXT debut in the September 14th, 2021 episode of NXT, where he defeated LA Knight. Since then, Breakker became one of the top stars of the brand.
Last year, the 25-year-old star captured the NXT Championship by defeating Tommaso Ciampa. Breakker is currently holding the NXT Title for 324 days.
Last week on NXT, there was an in-ring promo segment between Jinder Mahal and Bron Breakker to set up a title match. However, the fans at the performance center started chanting “Bron Breakker Sucks” which shocked many fans.
According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer, the negative reaction that Bron Breakker received last week was staged. The company has planted the crowd to express negative reactions to Breakker. It appears that WWE is planning a heel turn for Breakker.
This past Wednesday On NXT, Bron Breakker successfully retained his NXT Title by defeating Jinder Mahal.
