Many fans thought Theory would be the next face of WWE. However, everything upside down when Triple H came to the power. A lot of times Theory attempted to cash in his MITB contract but every time failed. On the October 18th episode of NXT, he teased a cash-in on NXT Champion Bron Breakker.
WrestleVotes has told to GiveMeSport that WWE is planning for Theory to be the first superstar that holds the MITB briefcase for a full year.
There is an idea that he is the first guy to wait a full year, like the day of or, let’s say, the night of Money in the Bank next year. That’s the storyline, like ‘you have to cash this in two and a half hours. You have to cash this in 90 minutes.’ That type of thing. I know that idea is on the table.
