WWE Reportedly Planning To Honor Bray Wyatt On SmackDown

Last week, WWE announced two matches and a segment for tonight’s episode of SmackDown. However, the company scrapped all of the plans and they are now focusing on honoring the career of Bray Wyatt.

The beloved superstar passed away on Thursday from a heart attack at the age of 36. The pro wrestling world was shocked after learning the tragic news. As of now, a lot of wrestlers from WWE and other promotions sent their condolences to Windham’s family. WWE announced that the net proceeds of every Wyatt’s merchandise will be donated to JoJo Offerman and her children.

Sean Ross of Fightful stated that tonight’s SmackDown will be dedicated to honoring the legacy of Bray Wyatt.

“It should go without saying at this point, but I’ve been told tonight’s Smackdown show is looking special and will have a significant tribute element to Bray Wyatt”

WWE has brought several superstars who were not initially planned for the show. According to PWInsider, among them are Cody Rhodes and Braun Strowman.
