The 10th WWE Night of Champions premium live event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 27th at the Jeddah Superdome in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
This year’s event will be a bit more special as Roman Reigns will reach 1000 days as Universal Champion on May 27th. However, Reigns won’t defend his title at the event. He will team up with Solo Sikoa to face Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship. However, the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Titles match won’t be the main event of Night of Champions.
Boozer Rasslin also known as BWE reported that the World Heavyweight Championship match between Seth Rollins and AJ Styles will be the main event in Saudi Arabia. BWE noted that WWE creative team discussed a United States Championship match for the show as well.
As of now, WWE announced the following matches for Night of Champions.
- Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar
- Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship: Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens vs. Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa
- WWE World Heavyweight Championship: Seth “Freakin” Rollins vs. AJ Styles
- Intercontinental Championship: Gunther vs. Mustafa Ali
