Last night’s SmackDown took place at the Amway Arena in Orlando, Florida which was the home of WWE during the pandemic era. Several NXT stars were featured on the blue brand last night, among them was NXT Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton.
Tiffany defended her NXT Women’s Title against Kiana James before the SmackDown broadcast began. Stratton was able to retain the title.

In the final segment of SmackDown, Roman Reigns asked Jey Uso if he still wants to compete against him for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. Jey then said that the elders wanted to see a Tribal Combat between him and Reigns. Both then shook hands. Solo Sikoa attempted to hit a Samoan Spike on Jey but Reigns blocked it. Jey Uso then delivered a Superkick on Sikoa.
Two dark matches were held after SmackDown went off the air. AJ Styles faced Grayson Waller in the first dark match. Styles won the match after hitting a Phenomenal Forearm on Waller.

Drew McIntyre faced Ludwig Kaiser in the second dark match. McIntyre hit a Claymore Kick on Kaiser to win the bout. The Scottish Warrior addressed the crowd after the match. McIntyre said that he will take the Intercontinental Title from Gunther.
