Edge is one of the most iconic superstars in WWE history. During his prime, Edge won every Championship in WWE. However, Edge suffered a broken neck in 2003 and was forced to retire from in-ring wrestling in 2011.

Many fans thought Edge would never be able to wrestle again. Although, The Rated-R Superstar made his shocking return in the 2020 Royal Rumble and continues his wrestling career to this day.

In the main event of last night’s WWE RAW, Edge defeated Damian Priest in Infront of his hometown fans. Following the match, Judgement Day attacked Edge. Then, the WWE Hall of Famer Beth Phoenix came to the ring and helped her husband.

After WWE RAW went off the air, Edge addressed his hometown fans and stated that he is planning to retire next year in Toronto.

I hope to come back one last time here in Toronto, Looking at the calendar, we usually come here in August. So, next August, I guarantee each and every one of you. And in a perfect world, we all say goodbye to each other that night.

Hey, it’s OK, man. This is the place for me to do it. I mean this when I say it I love all of you, and in case you missed it, I love being Canadian!
