Earlier this year, Bobby Lashley and Brock Lesnar resumed their storyline and competed in a singles match at Elimination Chamber PLE. Lashley won the match via disqualification.
The Almighty then began a storyline with Bray Wyatt to build up for a WrestleMania match. However, the match was scrapped a month ahead of WrestleMania due to Wyatt’s health issues. After the match cancelation, Lashley was able to win the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal on SmackDown.
Bobby Lashley last competed on the May 12th episode of SmackDown. In that show, Lashley faced AJ Styles in the semi-finals of the World Heavyweight Championship tournament.
Last night, Bobby Lashley made his return at WWE SuperShow in Cincinnati, Ohio. Lashley faced Karrion Kross in a singles match. During the match, Scarlett attempted to distract the referee. However, Lashley picked up the victory after hitting Kross with a Running Powerslam.
