Two weeks ago, MVP said that Omos wanted to challenge Brock Lesnar to a match at WrestleMania 39. MVP then told Lesnar to appear on RAW to accept the challenge.

This past Monday on RAW, MVP hosted a “VIP Lounge” with special guest Brock Lesnar. In that segment, Lesnar accepted Omos’ challenge. The Beast then hit an F5 on MVP to end the segment.

Many fans expected a fourth match between Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley to take place at WrestleMania 39. However, both superstars will be scheduled to face two different opponents at the Show of Shows.

Vince McMahon came back to the WWE office to facilitate the sale process in January. McMahon later clarified that he won’t be involved in the creative side. However, fans have suspected that McMahon has returned to WWE creative team after Lashley and Lesnar’s opponents were revealed for WrestleMania.

WrestleVotes has reported that Vince McMahon has booked the Brock Lesnar vs. Omos match for WrestleMania 39.

“I’m told the highly anticipated, very compelling Brock Lesnar vs Omos WrestleMania matchup was the idea of one specific, powerful person who pushed it through.”
