Update On Conor McGregor vs. Michael Chandler Status After UFC 303 Press Conference Postponed

UFC 303 is scheduled to take place on June 29 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. A few weeks ago, Dana White announced that Conor McGregor vs. Michael Chandler would headline the event.

UFC was supposed to hold a press conference for UFC 303 on June 3rd at the 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland. However, the company announced on Sunday that the press conference had been postponed until further notice.

After the announcement, many fans wondered whether the fight would occur later this month. Ariel Helwani confirmed during MMA Hour that the fight will happen as planned. Helwani also noted that there’s no official reason for postponing the press conference, and he assured that the reason is not related to any kind of potential scandal.

More than 10,000 fans were set to attend the press event.

Ariel Helwani provides additional information on the #UFC303 press conference being postponed: "There is no salacious story."
