Last September, Triple H suffered a cardiac event. He was temporarily left from WWE duties following successful surgery and also announced his retirement from in-ring competition at this year’s WrestleMania.
WWE company structure completely changed in the past few weeks after Vince McMahon’s recent hush money scandal. As a result, Vince McMahon stepped down from his WWE duties and appointed Stephanie McMahon as Interim CEO & Interim Chairwoman of WWE.
Today, WWE announced that Paul Levesque was re-appointed to his previous position. The Company has issued the following statement to the media.
STAMFORD, Conn., July 22, 2022 – WWE® (NYSE: WWE) today announced that effective immediately, Paul Levesque will resume his executive position as EVP, Talent Relations.
After being re-appointed as Executive Vice President of Talent Relations, Triple H said “I look forward to returning to my prior position as head of Talent Relations. I’m healthy, fired up, and ready to take charge.
