Last year, Edge started a new faction called “Judgement Day” along with Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley. Edge then recruited Finn Balor to the group on the June 6th episode of Monday Night RAW. However, soon after Balor joined the group, the WWE Hall of Famer was kicked out of the faction by all members.

Edge last competed on WWE television at Extreme Rules premium live event, where he faced Finn Balor in an “I Quit” match. In the closing moment of the bout, Edge was forced to say “I Quit” after Rhea Ripley threatened to hit con-chair-to on Beth Phoenix’s head. Although, Ripley attacked Beth in the end.

WWE Royal Rumble is set to take place tonight in San Antonio, Texas. So far, nineteen participants have declared their entry into the men’s Royal Rumble.

The WWE Hall of Famers Edge and Beth Phoenix were spotted in San Antonio, Texas ahead of Royal Rumble. It means the Hall of Fame couple will appear on the show.
