This past Friday, Roman Reigns made his return to WWE after nearly two months of absence. LA Knight emerged as Reigns’ next challenger for the Undisputed WWE Universal Title during the show. The bout will take place on Saturday, November 4th at Crown Jewel PLE.
Last night, WWE held a live event at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri. The show featured Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, Charlotte Flair, and many other main roster stars.
The Tribal Chief defended his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against Sami Zayn in the main event of the show. This was Roman Reigns’ first title defense since defeating Jey Uso at SummerSlam last August.
The referee was knocked out during the match as usual. Jimmy Uso then tried to attack Sami with a chair. However, Sami speared Jimmy. Solo Sikoa then assaulted Sami Zayn. The Enforcer and The Tribal Chief delivered a Spear and Samoan Spike combination to the former Honorary Uce. Roman Reigns then pinned Sami to retain the title.
