Today, Mercedes Mone defended her IWGP Women’s Championship against Mayu Iwatani at Stardom All Star Grand Queendom in Yokohama, Japan. Iwatani captured the IWGP Women’s Title by hitting a two-step dragon suplex on Mone.

Following the match, Mercedes Mone cut a promo. Mone stated that she loved being the CEO of Stardom but realized that Iwatani is the true icon of the promotion. Mone further told Iwatani to take care of the IWGP Women’s Title.

Later, The CEO issued a statement on Twitter and stated that she is out of Japan.

“I feel broke! But I called my CPA’s and they told me I’m still rich so I will be okay!
Until next time
Moné out”
