This past Friday, Kevin Owens joined Michael Cole and Kevin Patrick on the commentary team due to Corey Graves’ absence. The General Manager of SmackDown, Nick Aldis told Kevin Owens not to attack anyone during the show. Aldis also told Owens he would be suspended if he broke the rule.
After Grayson Waller lost to LA Knight, The Prizefighter mocked Waller and Theory with a telestrator. Kevin Owens then attacked Aussie Icon and The 150-Million Hit Man. SmackDown GM then suspended Owens.
Last night, WWE held the SuperShow in Johnson City, Tennessee. Kevin Owens had a match against Jimmy Uso at the show. On his way to the ring, Owens sent a message to Nick Aldis.
“Thank you, Nick Aldis, for allowing me to fulfill my commitment this weekend. But I really don’t think I deserve to get suspended. Austin Theory and Grayson Waller deserve… Anyway, I’ll call you.”
