John Cena last competed against Austin Theory for the United States Championship at this year’s WrestleMania. However, Cena was unable to win the match.
The 16-time World Champion last appeared on WWE television at Money in the Bank PLE in London, England. John Cena and Grayson Waller had a segment during the show. In the end, Cena delivered an AA to the Aussie Icon.
The Hollywood megastar has a busy schedule, but he always finds time to visit the WWE universe. FOX Sports reported that John Cena is scheduled to appear on the September 1st episode of SmackDown. The show will take place at The Giant Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
Fox Sports also noted that John Cena is scheduled to appear in the upcoming live event in India. The show is called, Superstar Spectacle and it will take place on Friday, September 8 th at the GMC Balayogi Indoor Stadium. However, the show won’t be televised in the United States.
