Bray Wyatt’s WWE return was one of the most creative comebacks in WWE history. At Extreme Rules, a masked person appeared on the screen prior to Wyatt entering the arena.
Last night, the Eater of the World returned to SmackDown after almost two years and did an emotional speech. At one point he said, “This is a version of me that I’ve never got to introduce to you before. This is just me being me, genuine me for the first time.”
The arena’s lights went out before Wyatt finished the speech. The mysterious masked person appeared on screen and said a few words. Then, SmackDown ended with the firefly logo.
Fightful Select reported that the mysterious masked person named “Uncle Howdy” symbolized Wyatt’s inner demons.
Recently, Xero News reported that WWE pitched an idea of Team Wyatt vs. The Bloodline at the Survivor Series. However, this is an early plan and it may change in the future.
