Elias Reportedly No Longer Under Contract With WWE

By The Spotlight StaffSeptember 14, 2023
Elias Reportedly No Longer Under Contract With WWE

Elias made his WWE main roster debut in 2017. However, he wasn’t able to accomplish any notable thing in WWE. At one point, Elias was over with the WWE audience, but the company didn’t capitalize on it.

Last year, Elias was repackaged as Ezekiel. The character received huge praise from fans. However, Triple H’s regime reverted him back to the previous gimmick.

The 35-year-old last appeared on WWE television on the May 15th episode of RAW, where he competed in a Battle Royal to earn an Intercontinental Championship opportunity. Mustafa Ali won that match.

BWE responded to a fan who asked about Elias’ status with the company. BWE stated that Elias is no longer under contract with WWE.

“He’s without a professional contract at the moment.”
