Cody Rhodes hit Brock Lesnar with a steel step and followed up with two Cody Cutters. However, Brock Lesnar was kicked out at two. The Beast locked Cody with a Kimura Lock. Cody reached for the rope to break the submission. Cody Rhodes threw Brock into an exposed steel turnbuckle. The American Nightmare locked Lesnar with a Kimura Lock. Cody Rhodes delivered three Cross Rhodes to Lesnar to win the match.
After the match, Brock Lesnar and Cody Rhodes shook hands and hugged each other.
