Arman Tsarukyan Confirms His Next Fight Amid UFC Suspension

Arman Tsarukyan (22-3) has been suspended for nine months by the Nevada State Athletic Commission for an altercation with a fan at UFC 300. The suspension is scheduled to end on January 12. However, Tsarukyan will be able to reduce the punishment to 6 months by participating in an anti-bullying PSA.

Recently, Ariel Helwani reported that UFC plans a Lightweight Championship fight between Arman Tsarukyan and Islam Makhachev (26-1). However, several fighters are also willing to fight for Makhachev’s title.

On X, the No. 1 ranked lightweight contender stated that he will fight for the title next and the rest can sit down.

“I’m the one fighting for the title next. The rest of you can take a seat  #AndNew”
