Ari Emanuel Appointed As Executive Chairman Of TKO

Last September, WWE and UFC merged to form TKO Group Holdings. Vince McMahon became the Executive Chairman of TKO, while Ari Emanuel is the Chief Executive Officer. However, McMahon had to resign from his position as Executive Chairman and Board of Directors of TKO due to Janel Grant’s lawsuit.

According to the SEC filing, Ari Emanuel has been appointed as the Executive Chairman of TKO Group Holdings. Emanuel now holds the positions of Board of Directors, Executive Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer in the company.

Ari Emanuel has served as CEO of Endeavor since October 2017. He has also served as a director of Endeavor since June 2009.

Despite leaving TKO, Vince McMahon still holds 12% of the company’s Class A common stock.
