UFC 307 is scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 5th at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. Former UFC Bantamweight Champion Aljamain Sterling (24-4) will face Movsar Evloev (18-0) in a featherweight bout at the event.
Movsar Evloev is ranked No. 5 in the UFC featherweight division and Aljamain Sterling is ranked No. 8.
Sterling last competed at UFC 300, where he defeated Calvin Kattar (23-8) via unanimous decision. It was Sterling’s featherweight return fight. He moved to 145 lb after losing the Bantamweight Title to Sean O’Malley (18-1-1) at UFC 292.
Evloev last fought at UFC 297, where he defeated Arnold Allen (19-3) via unanimous decision to continue his undefeated streak.
