Aliyah Released From WWE

Sean Ross of Fightful Select reported that Aliyah has been released by WWE. Aliyah joined WWE in 2015. She was drafted to SmackDown in 2021. Aliyah was able to win the Women’s Tag Team Championship along with Raquel Rodriguez last year.

Aliyah last wrestled on the September 12th, 2022 episode of Monday Night RAW. In that show, Aliyah and Rodriguez dropped their Women’s Tag Team Titles to Damage CTRL.

On X, the 28-year-old confirmed her departure from the company.

“As of today I am no longer apart of WWE.”
