Three years ago, Alexa Bliss paired with Bray Wyatt and played a major role in Wyatt’s storylines. At WrestleMania 37, Wyatt wrestled against Randy Orton which was his last match before returning to WWE in October last year.

Following Bray Wyatt’s release, Alexa Bliss dropped her darker persona at 2021 Extreme Rules and revert to her previous gimmick. However, she then became a bit boring and didn’t make a huge impact on the women’s division.

Alexa Bliss was involved again in a storyline with Bray Wyatt and Uncle Howdy in the past several weeks.

The Former Women’s Champion last competed on WWE television at Royal Rumble PLE where she faced Bianca Belair for the RAW Women’s Championship. However, Bliss was unable to win the title.

PWInsider reported that Alexa Bliss is taking a time off from WWE following her loss to Belair at Royal Rumble PLE. They also noted that WWE management knew Bliss was going on a hiatus after Royal Rumble. At this point, there’s no word on how long she will be absent from WWE television but she is not injured.

We will update you when we receive more details. Stay tuned with The Spotlight.
