AEW Star Bids Farewell To STARDOM

Recently, Will Ospreay, Kazuchika Okada, and Tama Tonga announced their departure from New Japan Pro Wrestling. Today, STARDOM’s Megan Bayne wrestled her final match in the promotion.

Megan Bayne has competed in NJPW’s sister promotion, STARDOM, since July of last year. The 25-year-old teamed up with Maika and HANAKO to face Giulia, Suzu Suzuki, and Mei Seira in a Six-Woman Tag Team match at Stardom’s 13th anniversary show. However, they came up short.

After the match, Megan Bayne addressed the fans.

“Today is my last match of Stardom. I will miss it very much, but I am grateful that I was able to compete against world-famous athletes at Stardom. But this isn’t the end, let’s meet again. Maika, my first and best tag partner. Thank you, Stardom. I love Japan.”

Megan Bayne worked with STARDOM while under contract with AEW.
